At Medeea Publishing House, all of our products are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods. When you purchase a digital product from our store, you will receive immediate access to download your files after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Method
All products are delivered via instant digital download. Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- A download link on the confirmation page
- A copy of the download link in your email receipt
You may also access your purchased files at any time by logging into your account on our website and navigating to My Account → Downloads.
File Format
All digital products are delivered in PDF format, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Files are designed to be printed at home or used digitally with annotation apps.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery is immediate once payment has been successfully processed. In rare cases, there may be a short delay due to payment provider verification (e.g., Stripe or PayPal), but most transactions are completed in under 2 minutes.
Download Limit & Expiry
Unless otherwise noted, your digital downloads:
- Do not expire
- Can be downloaded multiple times
- Are for personal use only (not for resale or distribution)
Missing or Delayed Downloads
If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes of purchase:
- Please check your spam or promotions folder.
- If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at support@medeeapublishing.com with your order number and we will assist you promptly.
