At Medeea Publishing House, we strive to offer thoughtful, high-quality coloring books and printable resources. Please review our policy below:
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. Once your purchase is confirmed and the files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you encounter any issues with your download or receive the wrong file, please contact us at support@medeeapublishing.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Print-on-Demand Books (via Lulu)
For physical products printed on demand, we partner with third-party services to fulfill and ship your order. We do not keep inventory or ship items directly.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or misprinted
- You receive the wrong item
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will coordinate a replacement or refund based on your case.
Cancellations
Digital orders are processed instantly and cannot be canceled. Print-on-demand orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order — after that, they are sent to production.
